Specifics of the frame:
The proximal bone screw should be placed on the side of the humerus, and the distal bone screw should be placed on the side or back of the humeral shaft using a parallel needle arrangement. Insert two 30° struts into the two installed pin couplings X to form an inverted "V" configuration. Next, join all the parts into a frame and lock using two rod to rod couplings VII and one Τ8 L250mm connecting rod (straight type). During the operation, the bone screw's parallel arrangement should be guided by the coupling X.
