Φ11.0 Series External Fixation Fixator – Tibia Plateau Frame
Tibia plateau frame - Φ11.0 Series External Fixation Fixator
One combination of Φ11.0 external fixator devices is the Tibia plateau frame. There exist diverse combination techniques for distinct applications.
The actual operation will depend on the fracture; this frame is merely meant to serve as a guide.
Specifics of the frame:
Attach the transverse clamp XIV with a bone needle on the tibia plateau. Use two pin to rod couplings XV and one Τ11 L300mm connecting rod (straight type) to connect all the parts into a frame. Finally, lock. Insert two 6mm bone screws in parallel into the tibia plateau and two 6mm bone screws in the distal tibia shaft.
Qualities:
1. Simple to use, adaptable combination that can be used to create a stable, three-dimensional external fixation system.
2. During the procedure, the stent can be flexibly assembled in accordance with the adaption symptoms, and parts can be added to the frame whenever needed.
3. The aluminum fix clamp contributes to a lighter overall frame.
4. To lessen stress concentration, an elastic frame is built with carbon fiber connecting rods.
