Broad type and narrow type orthopedic straight locking plates are available for the 4.0 system.

Use: Orthopedic implants with a straight locking plate are appropriate for fractures of the ulna, radius, humerus, and pediatric tibia and femur.
Paired with a medical instrument set from the 4.0 series; used for Φ40 locking screws and Φ3.5 cortical screws.
