Application:

Used for mandibular trauma cases including comminuted fractures, unstable fractures, infected nonunions, and bone defects.

Ideal for mandibular reconstruction in dissociated bone block defects or bone grafts for first or second reconstruction.

If no bone graft is done initially, the reconstruction plate can only provide limited support and a second graft operation will be necessary.
