• Small (S): 12 holes, 132mm length, available left and right

• Medium (M): 13 holes, 138mm length, available left and right

• Large (L): 14 holes, 142mm length, available left and right

Application:

• Used for mandibular trauma cases including comminuted fractures, unstable fractures, infected nonunions, and bone defects.

• Ideal for mandibular reconstruction in dissociated bone block defects or bone grafts for first or second reconstruction.

• If no bone graft is done initially, the reconstruction plate can only provide limited support and a second graft operation will be necessary.

• Specially designed pitch-row improves fatigue strength and reduces stress concentration during use.

• Unique design allows one hole to accept two types of screws (locking and non-locking), enabling both fixed-angle and compression fixation.

• Locking screws stabilize bone blocks and firmly lock the plate like external fixation, while non-locking screws allow angle and compression fixation.
