Intramedullary Nail System (PFNA 130° Titanium Interlocking Nail)

Features:

  1. Designed with a 5° proximal abduction angle for smooth insertion into the trochanter’s apex.

  2. Available with both threaded and blade lag screw options.

  3. Anti-rotation screw prevents nail slippage and loosening.

  4. Lag screw shank has an uneven groove to resist rotation and enhance fixation.

  5. Threaded lag screws are preferred for younger patients.

  6. Blade lag screws compress cancellous bone to increase local bone density.

  7. Blade lag screw heads include bone cement holes to improve pullout resistance, especially for osteoporotic patients.
