The Tibiaaxis unilateral frame is a configuration of the Φ8.0 external fixator designed for stable fracture stabilization. Assembly techniques may vary depending on the specific fracture pattern.
Frame Setup

Insert two 5 mm bone screws into the proximal and distal ends of the tibia using a parallel arrangement.

Secure coupler X in place and connect two 30° struts.

Assemble all parts into a single frame and lock using two straight connecting rods (Φ8.0 × 250 mm) and four rod-to-rod couplings VII.

For enhanced stability, add one straight connecting rod (Φ8.0 × 200 mm) and a two-bar clamp VII laterally between the main rods.

Maintain parallel screw placement using the needle block X during the procedure.
